With over 21 years of real estate experience, with the last 18 in office management, he is positioned to understand the needs of his sales associates. His marketing, technology, and leadership expertise helps to guide and support his agents. In addition, he serves as part of the Management Team at Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate. John works hard to provide a professional, positive environment where people can learn the skills they need to know to be highly productive.
He is open, patient, creative and fair. John works hard and is willing to devote the time and energy it takes to deliver one-on-one training and support to both new and experienced agents.
John is married to Colleen with three children, Michael, Jamie and Clare. John keeps active in his leisure hours with family, biking, reading, sailing and skiing. He has a business degree in Finance and Real Estate from Appalachian State University in North Carolina.
In addition to running the Hamilton office, John's ties to the community are strong. He has served for 10 years on the board of directors of the Mercer County Association of Realtors and previously as their president. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Trend MLS and on the Executive Committee - The Multiple Listing Service of the Greater Delaware Valley. In addition, he has committed to serving on many committees including the strategic planning committee for the New Jersey Association of Realtors. In 2002, John was chosen as the Realtor of the Year for the state of New Jersey recognizing his many contributions to the community and the Realtor organization. In 2006 John was once again recognized as the Mercer County Association of Realtors "Realtor of the Year"
